Part One I’m diving into just the C-spot, because there is so much that many of us don’t know about this beauty and it’s one of our most famous erogenous zones, so I want to take some time with it and help us all to become a little more “Clitorate”
Yes you have a vagina, if you have a Vulva, but the Vulva is the name for the external parts of female genitalia. The vagina is internal and it’s the tube connecting the vulva and the cervix.
Externally you’ve got, your Labia Majora, Labia Minora, Clitoral Hood, Glans Clitoris, Urethral Opening, Vulva Vestibule, opening of the Skene’s Gland(which secrete fluids that help with lubrication during intercourse and sexual arousal they are also may be the source of female ejaculation), Harts line, Vaginal Opening, Hymen, Perineum and Anus
The the Glans Clitoris aka our Clit and for this episodes purpose, our C-spot, is part of the Vulva. But the Clitoris Network, yes network, extends inward along and throughout the Vagina.
Above the Glans Clitoris is the Clitoral Hood which is formed by the two sides of the connecting Labia Minora. The clitoral body goes upward into your pelvis and is attached by ligaments to your pubic bone. From the Clitoral Body the Clitoris splits to form the paired crura and the Vestibular bulbs; which the bulbs extend through and behind the labia, making their way pass the urethra, vaginal canal and then towards the anus. It literally looks like a ball sack.
Now onto the fun stuff! Stimulating the C-Spot -- which can happen in many ways. You can use fingers or your palm; using your palm to stimulate your clit while using your fingers to massage the vaginal opening is amazing or the face of your knuckles.
You can use toys; bullets, vibrating wands, clitoral suckers, dongs with multiple textures; silicone, glass, steal, ridged or smooth. They all give different sensations. And don’t forget to use Lube. Don’t be afraid of lube. Lube is our friend.
